(Marine Operation Superintendent)


Job Description:

- Responsibility  of safety maintenance, compliance with Flag State and international rules, regulations, codes and guidelines related           navigation safety and pollution prevention by the ship.
- Develop, provide and monitor the board training and cargo handling and care.
- Validity of ship certificates.
- Responsibility for navigation equipment, safety matters, nautical publications.
- Advise the team vessel at sea or in port related, navigation, safety, pollution prevention, security and cargo operation.
- Port State control inspection results and advising/planning to prevent deficiencies/compliance with Standard Vetting Program of SIRE/CID/THAIREC and other relevant major oil vetting.
- Follow up on corrective action and dose out of audit non-conformity.
- Visit the vessel at frequent intervals for regular ship safety and navigational system inspection including ships' record on each visit and request the following up actions within the specified time.


Qualification:

- Thai Nationality , Male Age 30-45 years old.
- At least bachelor's Degree in Marine or Marine Engineering.
- At least 1-2 year experiences in Master Mariner and holding a Master Mariner certificate and/or Marine Superintendent / Port Captain.
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy.
- Hand on and possess analytical and conceptual thinking , service mind , work well in a cross-cultural environments.
Navigation, ISM codes, ISPS codes, Major Oil Vetting & PSC inspection is an advantage.

Qualification

- At least bachelor degree in Marine or Marine Engineering.
- Experience in chief engineer on foreign going vessel / engineering superintendent / technical management position.
- Good command of English in writing, speaking and writing.
Good computer literacy.
- Understanding of budgeting and projections / in-dept of marine, dry-docking management in operations of shipping business.
- Marine law and regulation is a must.

[LPSQ MANAGER (LOSS PREVENTION SAFETY & QUALITY)]

LPSQ MANAGER   (LOSS PREVENTION SAFETY & QUALITY)
-   Responsible for the company's Safety Management System (SMS), covering all ship in the fleet and Quality Management
-   Formulate, review, develop, control and monitoring the level of compliance with the relevant requirements of the SMS and ISO
-   Confirm that SMS documentation is originated approved and transmitted to the necessary ship or department and properly carried out
-   Audit, analysis and identify risk factor for all non-conformities/ incident/ PSC deficiencies, recommend corrective actions and close out of associated non-conformities
-   Ensure that all shipboard accidents, near misses and non-conformities are investigated and the corrective action has been implemented
-   Ensure that the "Management review" of the quality system is carried out at the proper time so as to ensure that the effectiveness of the system is maintained
-   Brief Master and Chief Engineer on policy and administration of safety and security system to ensure that they understand accept and uphold the relevant requirements
-   Develop and test the SLM Emergency Plan
-   Carry out ISM and ISO internal and external audit for head office
-   Carry out SIRE & THAIREC Pre-inspection and external audit.
-   Perform other related duties of a similar type and at a similar level as requested

Job Specifications:
-   Education and/or Experience:  A minimum of bachelor's degree on Marine/Master Mariner with at least 5 years working experience in marine or related field
-   Language Skills:  Good command of written and spoken English
-   Computer Skills:  Good
-   Specific Knowledge & Skills:  Quality & safety system, Standard SIRE & THAIREC and Good planning
