Urgently required _ Operation Superintendent _Songkhla Base

Responsibility:
-  Support & Supervise Operations/Marine team in all operations and nautical matters
-  Attend vessel on/off hire surveys
-  Attend vessel port clearances
-  Attend vessels on arrival, departure and the period in between
-  Liaise with Port Authorities pertaining to vessels arrival, stay and departure
-  Ensures that latest Notices to Mariners are sent to the vessel in a timely manner
-  Provides charts and pilot books at Masters' request, and ensures that navigational and radio publications are sent to the vessel in a timely manner
-  Ensure that the Manuals, Books and Record Books, are sent to the ship in a timely manner
-  Preparation of cargo-manifests, bills-of-lading, shipping orders, delivery orders, etc.
-  Apply for pilotage, port clearance, import- and export permits, crew visas, customs manifests, transit of persons and materials to and from vessels, tug assistance, government permits, etc.
-  Attend government-offices when necessary
-  Liaise with sub contractors hired by clients
