We currently have opportunities in the following positions:

Trainer/Associate Trainer[

Job responsibilities
•   To deliver, assess and evaluate training programs as per weekly schedule.
•   To  maintain all course master files, course profiles and list of courses
•   To design, develop new course programs as advised by the Training & Operations Manager.
•   To review and update course handouts and training materials
•   Undertake additional duties to support the delivery of training as assigned by the Training & Operations Manager.
Job requirements:
•   Possess  a Degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
•   Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (Word, excel & power point)
•   Proficient in written and spoken English.
•   A team player with good interpersonal skill
•   Able to swim

A distinct advantage would be to:
•   Possess a Competent Assessor  qualification
•   Possess a valid OPITO approved BOSIET certificate
•   Possess  instructional techniques qualification
•   Previously performed as a fire team leader, either offshore or as a ships officer. (However, full training shall be provided to successful candidates)

Technician cum Trainer Assistant
Job responsibilities
•   To prepare and secure all training equipment when required such as swimming pool, lifeboats, life rafts, winches, re-breathers, diving equipment and other relevant equipment in the training centre.
•   To  carry out sudden and periodic maintenance checks on assigned equipment.
•   To complete all necessary records in accordance with the preventive maintenance system.
•   To assist preparation and conduct of training on practical sessions.
•   To deliver, assess and evaluate training programs as per weekly schedule.
•   To give full cooperation to Team Leader and commit to safe practices at all times during training activities.
•   To be helpful and cooperative towards participants and visitors at all times.
•   To handle all other duties as may be assigned by the Team Leader/Immediate Superior from time to time.

Job requirements:

•   Possess a Diploma in any field with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
•   Proficient in written and spoken English (or actively developing the skills as a second language)
•   Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (Word, excel & power point)
•   Display  positive attitude at all times.
•   Able to swim

External Trainer

We are also seeking External Trainers ( Bangpoo, Samutprakarn)  to support our advanced and specialized courses.  This would be ideal for suitably qualified individuals who are looking for occasional work to fit into their current lifestyle.  If this is of interest then kindly submit your CV and we will be in touch.

•   To share knowledge and experience with full time staff.
•   To be helpful and cooperative towards participants and visitors at all times
•   To handle all other duties as may be assigned by the Training & Operations Manager.

Job requirements
•   Possess  industry relevant qualifications & experience

Additional skills experience and/or qualifications preferred include:
•   Competent Assessor qualification.
•   Offshore or maritime  background
•   Been a Fire team leader
•   Instructional techniques qualification
•   Proficient in written and spoken English.
