Responsibilities : 
   To serve transportation for crew, customers, or other parties to any destination as assigned and maintain safety and good condition of the vehicles.
-   To take crew, customers, or other parties to vessel, hotel, airport, or other as assigned.
-   Deliver documents, spare parts, or others as assigned to vessels.
-   Record activities in the daily work report.
-   Ensure cleanliness and good order of the vehicle.
-   Always to abide by GAC safety guidelines.
-   Prepare/clear crew immigration and guarantee for all joiners with Thai Immigration officer at BKK airport.

Requirements: 
   Thai nationality, able to communicate in English.
   Good interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
   Ability to work under pressure and tight dateline.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT/EXECUTIVE – Ship Agency Services, Dry Bulk Vessel

Responsibilities : 
   Provide overall ship agency services to customers as per ship agency appointment and instructions.
   Prepare and submit estimate expenses for Port Disbursement Account (PD/A) as per customers' inquiry.
   Provide port and operations information to customers as requirement.
   Communicate and coordinate with Ship Master, Port & Terminal authorities, Boarding officers and parties concerned for completed documentations, cargo operations, safe and smooth ship calling and operations.
   Provide update ship status and cargo movement to customers and parties concerned.
   Manage and provide related ship agency & husbandry services i.e. Crew change, Ship spare in-transit, Cash to Master (CTM), Ship supply & provision and others services as required.
   Follow up customer payment, verify suppliers invoices for closing Final Disbursement Account (FD/A) and sort out any related payment issues.
   Supervise to subordinates and coordinate with internal and external parties concerned for work guidance, smooth operations, problem solving and job closure.

Requirements: 
   Min 3 years works experience in ship agency services and cargo operations - Dry bulk vessel is preferable.
   Good knowledge and experience in HSSE compliance (Health, Safety, Security & Environment).
   Able to work under pressure, tight schedule and flexible working hour.
   Good command of written and spoken English and computer literate.   
   Good works attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities : 
Responsible to oversee company's day-to-day HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) activities in accordance with latest local legislation of authorities governing these matters, client requirements and Group HSSE Guidelines.
 promoting company HSSE Policy by personal example
 performing HSSE activities as required
 ensuring all HSSE Incidents reported by the staff are properly investigated and corrective/     
    preventive actions are established and implemented
 looking at trends and working to develop interventions to ensure that adverse trends are   
    addressed
 liaising regularly with department managers on HSSE aspects
 monitoring the issue of safety notices and bulletins and being custodian of all HSSE
    documentation
 reviewing and updating contract HSSE documents
 compiling associated HSSE presentations for company as required
 keeping HSSE training records

Requirements: 
 Thai nationality, able to communicate in spoken and written English.

Responsibility:

• To handle all operations issues which all linked between port, vessel, owner, charterer, boarding officer and all parties concerned for smooth operations and fast turn-around of vessel.
• To communicate with principal and all concerned parties, ensure to follow instruction, voyage order and agency appointment for safe and smooth vessel & cargo operations.
• To prepare and provide Proforma Disbursement Account (PD/A) to meet customer's inquiry.
• To prepare and provide cash advance and clearing for Boarding Officers.
• To update vessel status report and enter update job details in GACagent system.
• To coordinate and arrange for Owner Matter Services such as crew change, hotel reservation, ship's spare in-transit and others to meet customer's requirement.
• To comply with company policy for Health, Safety, Security and Environment (GAC's HSSE), Code of Ethics and other GAC & Customers specified rules and regulations into all operations works.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Shipping business or related Industry.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in shipping operations with good knowledge in Tanker or Dry bulk or Offshore project vessel operations.
• Good management skills, strong team work, high level of commitment and drive.
• Good communication skills both oral and written in Thai and English.

Boarding Officer, Shipping Services

Responsibilities :-
•   To arrange a proper formality for vessel/crews to enter Thai ports and coordinate with concerned parties for smooth operations.
•   To notify vessel's movement to government agency and port terminals
•   To prepare vessel's entering, sailing, sign on, sign off, crew formality with government agency.
•   To update vessels/ principals/ terminals/ suppliers regarding vessel movements.
•   To develop relationship with authorities.
•   To look after crew's matters.
•   To cooperate work with Operations person-in-charge (PIC), time keeper, master and local authority.
•   To deal with frontline at pilot, habour, customs and berthing schedule.
•   To gather and provide all necessary of documents with master and update the vessel movement to Operation (PIC) daily.
•   Responsible to comply with the GAC Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy and GAC HSSE Manual procedures respecting industrial and personal safety and environmental precautions, always giving consideration to the safety of yourself and others.

•   Have work experience as boarding officer.
•   Able to communicate in English.
